Guided Connections shows the diverse dynamics within a school environment – particularly in the staff room – showing the challenges educators face yet celebrating the strength and camaraderie that can be found within the school community.
Support. Guidance. Learning. – my work shows an atmosphere of different instances in which educators foster positive support within the school environment. It addresses the collaborative interconnectedness of educators within the faculty, knowing that we can turn to each other during crucial and unexpected instances that constantly take place throughout the different stages of our professional lives.
